The Adygean Republican Public Movement “Circassian Progress” will take part in a meeting organized by the "Democratic Congress of the Peoples of the Russian Federation", which will be held at the beginning of this year in Moscow. This decision was made at a meeting of the executive committee of the organization on January 4.
The chairman of Circassian Progress Aslan Agirov said that he receive the invitation from the deputy chairman of the "Democratic Congress" Ayrat Faizrakhmanov.
Agirov added that the "Circassian Progress" Movement supports the position of the "Democratic Congress of the Peoples of the Russian Federation" on almost of the problems, but intends to speak at the upcoming meeting not just as a supporter of the organization, but with voicing one of its specific problems of the Circassian (Adyghe) regions in North Caucasus.
